We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to submit an application; applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return and exchange process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email, attaching your "order number" and "product photos/videos".
Please do not return the goods without contacting customer service first. Packages returned without prior notification will not be processed.
After your return is approved by our customer service team, we will provide you with detailed return/exchange instructions and a shipping address.
3. Shipping Fee Explanation
Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: If you request a return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect style, wrong color/size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Product Quality Issues: If you receive defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please take photos or videos and contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to provide proof. After verification, we will resend the defective item free of charge or provide a full refund; you do not need to return the defective item.
4. Refund Processing and Methods
Once we receive your returned goods and verify that they qualify for return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
All refunds will be automatically credited to the original payment method used when you placed the order (such as credit card or PayPal). The actual arrival time depends on your issuing bank or payment institution.
5. Product exchange
We offer exchanges for the same item in different sizes or colors. The success of an exchange depends on current stock availability. If an exchange is not possible due to insufficient stock, we will arrange a refund.
6. Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to: intimate apparel, personal hygiene products, and items damaged by human error.
